P99 Time allocation

23.12.2016

VISIONS receives the first 87h of observing time for P99 (April - September 2017)

The time allocation process for Period 99 (April - September 2017) has been completed. The first time allocation (87h of observing time of a total of 553h), has been granted to our survey which will be used to observe several target regions. For Ophiuchus, Lupus, and the Chameleon star-forming complex, we will finish our first epoch of the wide field observations. The wide field for Coronal Australis will be even observed twice in this semester. In addition, we will target the high column-density regions in Ophiuchus for deep observations, as well as a nearby extinction-free control field. (Stefan Meingast, 23-12-2016)
